INTRODUCTION
As a responsible corporate citizen, we recognize that our actions impact not only our bottom line but also the lives and well-being of individuals worldwide. It is within this context that we introduce our Human Rights Policy.

Our commitment extends beyond mere compliance: it reflects our genuine commitment to respect human rights, which is not just a legal obligation but a moral imperative. This policy serves as our guiding principle that aligns our operations, decisions, and interactions with universally recognized human rights principles.

The purpose of this policy is to outline the labour and human rights standards applicable to all employees at Jurukur Metra, regardless of their position, responsibilities, and work location.
SCOPE
Our company's Human Rights Policy stands as a beacon—a commitment that transcends borders and resonates with our workforce. It applies universally to the management, embracing all employees, shareholders, and contract workers within Jurukur Metra's diverse entities.

Thus, the Labor and Human Rights Policy of Jurukur Metra was created according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, International Labor Organization, and Guiding Principle for Business and Human Rights. Since Jurukur Metra mainly operates in Sarawak, Malaysia. So, the policies were amended and aligned according to the Sarawak Labour Ordinance (SLO) and The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM).
